Energy Star Rebates

If you are looking at purchasing a new appliance this year, look for the Energy Star label. New appliances purchased in 2010 may be eligible for a rebate.

What is Energy Star? It is a label that identifies products that meet or exceed energy-efficiency guidelines set by the U.S. Department of Energy and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

While the program funds remain, rebates are on a first-come, first-served basis. To obtain a rebate click on the qualifying appliances below:

• Dehumidifier $25
• Dishwasher $25
• (New construction only) Freezer $50
• (New construction only) Refrigerator $50
• Refrigerator/freezer w/recycling $75
• Lighting fixture - lamp $20
• Ground source heat pump
• Room air conditioner $35
